🚌Online Registration for EVERY student MUST BE COMPLETED in order for students to access their schedules once they become available.
👉🏼IMPORTANT: The parent or legal guardian is responsible for completing all information.
⚪️Annual registration for students will be completed in your OnCourse Connect Parent Portal
**You will be prompted to update contacts as well as upload TWO specific proofs of residency for the school year. If you do not upload the required documents, the registration will be returned to you.
**New student registration will also be available for any students who are new to Bossier Parish.
⚪️Students who are already enrolled in Bossier Parish but are moving to the Cope Middle should fill "Inter-District Student Transfer" AFTER submitting the annual registration.
✔️All registrations are reviewed by Cope Office staff. If there are issues with your submission, it will be returned to you via the email address on file with instructions.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL REGULARLY AS CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE EMAILED ONCE THE SCHOOL SITE HAS APPROVED IT.
