Over the next year, they will be mentored by some of Bossier City's most influential women. They will also be given the opportunity to make an impact on our city. We are proud of these two young ladies and look forward to watching their journey this school year.

Calling all Senior Girls!
The Commission for Women of Bossier City is seeking applications from high school senior girls for its 2024-25 mentoring program, which furthers its mission to empower young women.
Bossier Parish high school seniors are paired with Commissioners to develop leadership skills and participate in team building, learn about self-defense, etiquette, government and quality of life. Mentees will also have the opportunity to apply for scholarships at the end of the year.
The deadline for applications to be turned in to high school senior counselors is noon this Friday, August 23.
