Our Cope Middle's MathCounts teams competed today in the district competition. We took 3 teams plus an alternate, 13 students total. Team A placed 3rd, Team B placed 2nd. Emily Henry (7th grader) came in 2nd overall individual scorer. Take a look at all the family and friends supporting our students today! Thank you for being a part of the Cope difference! CMS students and parents, please use the weekend to locate your student's school ID badge to ensure he/she has the badge on Monday. We have given all students a badge at this point. Announcements have been made for badges to be worn and visible daily. If the badge has been lost, a replacement badge can be purchased for $5 in the library with Mrs. Coddington. Consequence will be enforced for those without a school ID badge.

Cope Cougars: Announcements have been made all week... tomorrow is the day! All CMS students are invited! Immediately after school in the gym! Students must have a ride home no later than 4:15; bus transportation is not provided. Come have fun and make some memories!!

Coach Csoma's and Coach Bilbo's Racket Sports Week was a fun experience at Cope Middle in his PE classes. The kids learned how to play tennis, badminton and ping pong. They all had a blast!

Last Friday at Cope, our 6th grade classes participated in a 50's Day Sock Hop to celebrate the 50th day of school. It was SUCH a fun event. Students and teacher were dressed perfectly; the activities were top-notch also! Please add your pictures in the comments of our social media!
