Feb 17, 2026 was "King Cake Day" for our CMS 7th grade students. Students had a visit from some members of a local Mardi Gras Krewe first thing in the morning. Then students had activites to complete in class and, of course, ... everyone got to enjoy KING CAKE!
Thank you to our families who donated king cakes for this special day! The students really enjoyed it!

CMS 7th grade parents and students --- King Cake Day is coming (Fat Tuesday) -- and we need your help! Please email Elizabeth.Vance@bossierschools.org with any questions. Let the Good Times Roll!

CMS is letting the Good Times Roll on Tuesday, Feb. 17!!! Make plans now! Support the basketball team, Cope Ambassadors, and school spirit!

All options should be school appropriate for Cope Middle. If a student chooses to wear jeans for $1, jeans should be free of holes, rips, and tears. Students will call home for uniform clothes as needed for noncompliance.
💙🧡Go Cougars! 💙🧡

Enjoy the day off!

Cope Middle salutes our School Resource Officer, SRO Guerrero, today! Send him your thanks and "shout outs" for prioritizing safety on our campus!

Reminder: School will be closed Monday, Feb. 16 in observance of Preseidents' Day.
