Please help us at Cope Middle School show our endless appreciation for the one and only Mrs. Judy Grooms. She has been a fearless leader for generations of students at Cope Middle School, and continues to support and mold students' educational journey. She loves her people fearlessly, coaches with extraordinary enthusiasm, and always put students' learning and needs first. Thank you, Mrs. Grooms, for all that you do to serve everyone at Cope Middle School! We are not only blessed, but also so proud to have you lead the way!

To every student standing at the starting line of this week’s LEAP tests:
Take a deep breath. You’ve been climbing this mountain since the first day of school, and now you’re finally at the summit, ready to see the view. The classroom assignments, the practice problems, the essays, and the "aha!" moments have all led to this. You aren’t starting from scratch; you are simply showing up to claim the progress you’ve already made. Trust your gut, trust your preparation, and most importantly, trust yourself. We hope you walk into that room with your head held high. Not because you’re expected to be perfect, but because you know you’ve worked hard. No matter what-- we are already proud of the person you’ve become this year.
You’ve got this! Now show them what you know!
